The show gathers together Dinkin’s work across media, including the acrylic and gouache paintings on canvas and paper for which she is best known, largescale drawings, as well as a collection of painted ceramics; a first foray into medium for the artist, created in collaboration with her ceramicist sister.

FEBRUARY: Join us for a guided tour of The Frick Collection highlighting the new exhibition “Gainsborough: The Fashion of Portraiture.” The exhibition explores the relationship between portraiture and fashion in eighteenth-century Britain through the works of Thomas Gainsborough. The show brings together over two dozen portraits from across the U.S. and U.K. and marks the Frick’s first exhibition dedicated to Gainsborough, as well as the first in New York to focus on his portraiture. The visit also offers a chance to experience the newly renovated museum.
