At Collectible 2026, Salon 21 will present a domestic environment that explores collaboration as both a creative process and a curatorial framework. Bringing together Brooklyn-based ceramic duo SmallThingsStudio (Josie Cross and Erin White) and furniture designer Seth Premo of Arvo Ray Studio, the presentation highlights how independent makers expand their practices through dialogue, shared material exploration, and cross- disciplinary exchange.

At the center of the installation is a new series of collectible lighting by SmallThingsStudio, created specifically for Collectible. Each functional lamp combines White's hand-built ceramic forms with Cross's hand-crocheted textile shades, uniting hard and soft materials in sculptural objects that balance utility, craftsmanship, and warmth. Complementing the lighting, Seth Premo will debut new furniture, including a collaborative credenza developed with SmallThingsStudio that incorporates custom ceramic elements, alongside a sculptural side table that reflects his refined approach to contemporary woodworking.
